1.3 Click & Collect (if applicable)
- If you choose our “Click & Collect” option, you can pick up your order at one of our partner locations or stores within 2 business days of placing your order.
2. Delivery Times
- Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
- Delivery Estimates: Delivery times start from the date your order has been shipped, not from the date of order placement. Please allow additional time for processing during peak periods such as holidays or sales.
- Tracking Information: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your shipment via the provided tracking number and link.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the delivery method selected, the destination, and the total weight and size of the package. The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping for domestic orders over 60 euros, and for international orders over 120 euros, where applicable.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customs Clearance: The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product can be legally imported into the destination country. Customs policies vary widely, so please check with your local customs office for detailed information.
- Delays: Please note that customs inspections may cause delivery delays beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
5. Missed or Failed Deliveries
- Incorrect Address: It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a correct and complete shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the package.
- Missed Delivery: If delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient being unavailable, the courier may leave a note with instructions on how to reschedule delivery or collect the package. If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your expense.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier and provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.
7. Delivery Restrictions
- Restricted Areas: We do not deliver to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted countries. If your shipping address falls into one of these categories, we will notify you immediately and work to find an alternative solution.
- Custom Products: For custom-made or personalized products, please allow additional time for processing and production. Custom products typically take up to 14 business days before they are ready for shipment.
